Iftar at Aliée unfolds in an exclusive collaboration with 7 Mehmet, where Mediterranean touches meet a distinguished selection of Anatolian cuisine. Rooted in heritage yet interpreted with contemporary finesse, each menu honors tradition while elevating the art of gathering and sharing. Throughout Ramadan, a weekly changing Iftar series will be presented in limited availability. Each edition offers a distinct culinary narrative, thoughtfully curated to bring guests together around a table shaped by care, flavor, and intention.

Designed as a refined gastronomic experience overlooking the Golden Horn, the evening celebrates both culinary craftsmanship and the spirit of Ramadan; reflection, generosity and connection.

The Art of Folding Time

During Ramadan, the iftar table becomes a moment of pause — a time to gather, reflect and share. Placed quietly on the table, this folded light was created to gently illuminate the evening meal. Transforming paper and light into a subtle gesture of care, it marks the moment when the day slows down and the table comes together. Beside it, a small narrative card shares the story behind the piece, inviting guests to reflect on the traditions of craftsmanship, patience and the spirit of Ramadan. The work was created by artists Türker Akman & Deniz Yılmaz Akman, who explored the meeting of paper, light and intention through this delicate folded form.
